Custom LED Grow Light Manufacturer

From spectrum and light output to fixture design, controls, and branding, iLEDGlow develops and manufactures LED grow lights tailored to your crop, growing environment, and market requirements.

Not Every Growing Project Needs the Same Grow Light

Different crops, different canopies, different mounting heights, different cultivation systems — each places its own demands on spectrum, PPFD, power, size, and control.

Off-the-shelf grow lights lock in a fixed wattage, spectrum, dimensions, mounting, control, and plug. That works when a standard model happens to fit — but commercial projects rarely line up that cleanly.

A greenhouse supplementing sunlight needs a narrow bar that shades as little as possible. A flowering room needs a specific PPFD at canopy height. A retailer stocking their own brand needs a fixture with their compliance and their packaging.

That usually means: specific PPFD → specific coverage → specific fixture → specific control → specific market compliance.

That’s where a custom grow light solution makes sense.

What Can Be Customized?

Spectrum, power and structure, controls, and branding — the parts of a grow light that matter most. We customize them around your crop and market.

Spectrum

Match the light to the crop, not the other way around.

The spectrum decides how well a grow light performs for a given crop and growth stage. We adjust it to match — from a single SKU to a full product family.

Spectrum Options
  • Full-spectrum white — red/blue/white ratio tuned to your crop
  • UV (385–395nm) — resin production and pest resistance, mainly cannabis
  • Far red (730–750nm) & IR — flowering response and stretch control
  • Color temperature — 3000K to 5000K

Power, Size & Structure

Power and form factor matched to the grow space.

Pick the power and form factor that fits your customers’ grow spaces. Every family below is a base platform we customize for you.

What You Can Change
  • Power — multi-bar 860–1650W, panels 100–450W, T5/T8 tubes, clip-on 10–20W
  • Structure — bar count (for example 10+2), panel size, tube length, gooseneck
  • Frame — foldable or fixed, for shipping and installation
  • Finish — anodized or powder-coated housing, custom colors

Driver & Control

Match your buyers’ control setups — from a simple knob to a full grow-room controller.

A fixture’s controls decide how easy it is to use, and whether it fits a commercial room’s automation.

Available Options
  • 0–10V dimming — connects to grow-room controllers for DLI scheduling
  • Knob dimmer — simple on-fixture brightness control
  • Timers — 4 / 8 / 12 / 18 hours for consumer fixtures
  • Cable & plug — custom length and regional plugs

Branding & Packaging

Build your own branded grow light products.

Turn standard fixtures into your own products with complete private-label solutions.

Branding Options
  • Silk-screen logo printing
  • Laser engraving on housing
  • Custom labels and nameplates
  • Brand colors on housing and packaging
Packaging Options
  • Custom retail boxes
  • Barcode & SKU labels
  • Multilingual manuals
  • Print-ready design files
Sample Development And Mass Production

From Prototype to Production

A custom grow light is only valuable when the final product can be manufactured consistently at scale.

At iLEDGlow, our engineering and production teams work together to take your approved design from prototype to mass production — with the same specifications carried through every stage.

From LED and driver assembly to fixture construction, thermal management, aging tests, and final inspection, we maintain quality control throughout the production process.

Whether you need a single customized fixture, a private-label product line, or a large commercial order, we provide the manufacturing support needed to move from prototype to production with confidence.

Customization Process

A streamlined process that turns your growing requirements into a production-ready custom LED grow light — from specification and engineering to testing and mass production.
01

Requirement Review

Tell us about your crop, growing environment, target specifications, market requirements, and estimated order volume. Our team reviews your needs and defines the right direction for your project.

02

Specification & Engineering

We translate your requirements into a production-ready grow light specification, covering power, spectrum, fixture design, dimensions, controls, and other key parameters.

03

Prototype & Sample

We develop the customized fixture and provide samples for evaluation. Your team can verify the design, appearance, and performance before moving forward.

04

Testing & Validation

We test the sample against the agreed specifications, including electrical performance, light output, spectrum, thermal performance, and other project requirements.

05

Mass Production

Once the sample is approved, we move into controlled mass production with strict quality control, aging tests, and final inspection before your custom grow lights are packed and shipped.

FAQs of Grow Light Customizations

Yes. Private-label services include silk-screen and laser logos, brand colors, custom labels, retail packaging, user manuals, and carton marking.

For logo/packaging customization, the MOQ is usually 100–500 pcs depending on the model. New molds or special designs may require higher quantities.

Yes. Samples can be arranged for your evaluation before confirming the bulk order.

Existing models with logo customization take about 3–4 weeks. ODM or new tooling takes 6–8 weeks depending on complexity.

It depends on the crop. Leafy greens and seedlings run well on a cool full spectrum (5000K). Flowering crops — cannabis, tomatoes, peppers — get more from deep red (660nm) plus far red/IR during flower. Tell us your crop and we’ll recommend a starting spectrum, and we can send a sample to test.

Yes. For your room dimensions and hanging height, we can provide PPFD coverage maps and recommended fixture spacing — so you know how many fixtures you need before committing.
