Commercial Cannabis Grow Lights

Three grow lights for commercial cannabis: two multi-bar fixtures (1060W and 1000W) for indoor flowering rooms, and a 600W linear top light for greenhouse supplemental lighting. High output, even canopy coverage, and an efficient 2.8 µmol/J. Wholesale pricing, with OEM/ODM available.

The lighting problems in commercial cannabis grows

Cannabis plants need strong light, and flowering is where it shows. When light is weak or uneven across the canopy, some plants get enough and others don’t. The result is inconsistent weight and quality, plant to plant.

HPS fixtures have been the go-to for years, but they carry real costs. They draw a lot of electricity, throw off heat that you then have to pay to remove with air conditioning and exhaust, and their spectrum is fixed — you can’t shift it as plants move from vegetative growth to flowering.

Greenhouses have their own problem. Sunlight only covers part of the year. On cloudy days and in winter, growth slows down. Supplemental light helps, but a bulky fixture shades the crop and adds heat.

Most of these aren’t grower mistakes. They’re lighting problems.

How LED lighting fix the problems

These problems start with the light itself — and that’s what our LED grow lights fix. They run at 2.8 µmol/J, meaning every watt of electricity produces more usable light. For the same output the fixture draws less power, so the electricity bill moves with it. They also give off less heat than HPS, so you need less air conditioning and exhaust — rooms run cooler and quieter, and a greenhouse doesn’t take on extra heat on top of the sun.

Beyond the running costs, our LED grow lights are built for the crop. The spectrum carries full-spectrum white light plus 660nm red — the band cannabis leans on hardest in flower — with IR 730nm and UV 390–395nm to round it out. A 0–10V input connects the fixture to your room controller, so the same light runs low during veg and high in flower.

And they’re built to last in a commercial room. IP65 sealing handles the high humidity, and the LED modules are rated for over 50,000 hours.

1000W Full Spectrum Grow Light for Cannabis

Ten-bar indoor fixture with Samsung LM281B diodes. 2200 µmol/s PPF at 2.8 µmol/J, with 660nm red and UV 395nm in the flowering spectrum — a straightforward spec that's easy to stock and easy to sell.

600W Full Spectrum Grow Linear Top Grow Light

Linear top light for greenhouse vegetables and cannabis. 1680 µmol/s PPF at 2.8 µmol/J tops up sunlight without the power draw of the 1000W HPS it replaces — and the narrow bar shades less of the crop.

How to choose your cannabis grow light?

There’s no single best cannabis grow light — the right one depends on your room, budget, and grow size. So instead of ranking models, here’s how to pick the one that fits.

Start with the room. Indoors, a multi-bar like our 1000W or 1060W spreads even light across a large canopy. In a greenhouse, sunlight does most of the work, so a narrow linear bar like our 600W just tops it up on cloudy days — and shades less.

Then check

  • coverage (how many fixtures your floor needs)
  • spectrum (full-spectrum white plus 660nm red, with far-red and UV as a bonus)
  • efficiency — µmol/J, not watts, decides the power bill.

All three run at 2.8 µmol/J, so the real choice comes down to room type and coverage.

Finally, get the hanging height right: coverage figures assume a 30cm hang. Dial in from there with dimming, not by moving the lights.

FAQs

Bar lights distribute LEDs across multiple strips for uniform canopy coverage (10–15% PPFD variance). Panels concentrate output from a single board, better for 2×2 to 4×4 ft spaces. For large canopy areas, bar lights produce more consistent results per square foot.

The 1060W and 1000W fixtures cover roughly 5×5 ft at 30 cm hanging height. The 600W single bar covers roughly 4×1.5 ft for greenhouse rows. Coverage varies with hanging height and target PPFD.

Yes. The slim bar profile minimizes shading. Mount between trusses, control with 0–10V to supplement on overcast days or extend photoperiod in winter.

Yes. Standard configurations include 660nm red, IR 730–750nm, and UV 390–395nm. We can adjust ratios or add wavelengths for specific crops.

100–500 pcs depending on the customization level. Standard models with logo/packaging changes start at 100 pcs. Full ODM projects with new tooling require 500+ pcs.
